Refund Policy

We take great care in the creation of each Bruna Buzzi piece and hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered to us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be returned in the original packaging
Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

All returns must be sent using a tracked and signed-for service.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us at brunabuzzi@bbuzzi.co as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we offer exchanges or an electronic gift voucher for the value of the returned item.
Refunds are not available for gifted items.

Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on gifted items.
